Some Frequently Asked Questions

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION OR INFORMATION ?

Please make sure that you have used your Correct Email Address and / or Phone Number when placing your Order.

We automatically send Order Confirmations and Shipping Confirmation / Updates emails or SMS to your registered Email address or Phone number anytime there is News about your Order.

If you have not seen or received them, please double check your Spam or Junk Folder, or make sure that you have used your Correct Contact Information.

WHERE IS MY ORDER ?

You can find details about your Orders, like Tracking Numbers and Tracking Information directly in your Order Summary Page which we will send to your Email address immediately after completing your Order, and will keep it updated with new information whenever available.

You can also find more detailed tracking information by using your Order ID and Email Address / Phone Number ( that you used to place your Order ) on our Track Your Order page.

You can also use any Global Tracking Services ( like 17track, parcelapps and so on ) for even more detailed information of the Delivery of your Order!.

WHEN IS MY ORDER EXPECTED TO BE SHIPPED OR DELIVERED ?

Please allow 3 - 7 business days for us to process your Order, as we have to leave some room for our Customers to Cancel or change their Order Details if needs be, as we will not be able to change or recall items once they are shipped.

Custom Made Items may require longer processing time as well, as we would have to manufacture the item or wait for the custom designs.

Once the order is shipped, expected Delivery time is as follow:

  • Average Transit Times to United States: 7 - 15 Business days 
  • Average Transit Times to United Kingdom: 5 - 10 Business days
  • Average Transit Times to Canada / Australia: 7 - 15 Business days
  • Average Transit Times to New Zealand:  7 - 15 Business days

Most orders will be delivered in: 2 - 4 weeks.

WHY HAVE I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER ?

Sometimes we have to ship items in separated packages, in those cases, we will provide tracking numbers for each item.

You can find Tracking Numbers for each item and Tracking Information of your Remaining Items on your Order Summary Page, or with our Track Your Order page.

HOW LONG TILL I GET A REPLY ?

We normally reply to your Inquiry in 24 Hours, or 48 Hours at the Latest. Please remain patient as we are working hard to respond as fast as we can.
